JOHNGALTM products are delivered to you meticulously and inspected at every stage, from raw materials to packaging and shipment. As with every product that is completely man-made, we put into effect our guarantee conditions, which we have maintained for 50 years, in order to protect you in some production errors that are observed from time to time. Change/repair of every product that is used correctly and in accordance with its purpose, but production and material faults are detected, is carried out by us. On the other hand, it has been necessary to emphasize that the responsibility of  tools that are worn, damaged or broken as a result of incorrect use and storage conditions or by impact and excessive force rests entirely with our users. Because the misunderstanding of our warranty conditions or, unfortunately, processes arising from some abuses delay or sometimes prevent us from providing you with accurate and fast service.
