Shipping & Payment

Since most of our items are made to order, production time is 10-14 days, depending on the current workload.

Once manufactured, all components are securely packaged and sent for shipping, which takes 1-3 days to Turkey and 4-8 days to Europe.
 

You can pick up your order yourself, arrange for a pickup from the factory by any shipping company, or we can arrange shipping through a shipping company ourselves.

All our furniture is collapsible, so the weight of each element of the package does not exceed 30 kilograms. Therefore, you will not need to order additional mechanisms or involve additional people to carry the goods to the assembly site.

You are responsible for thoroughly and completely inspecting your new furniture for any damage before signing for the parcel(s). Any damage to the outer box will require further inspection.

If there is significant visible damage to the package where damage to the goods inside is suspected, you must note the damage on the delivery note (proof of delivery), or a claim cannot be made. If the delivery person does not allow you to inspect the damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

By signing the delivery note, you accept the damage to the goods and release the carrier from liability. We cannot be held responsible for damage discovered after delivery; therefore, it is extremely important to thoroughly inspect the furniture upon delivery.
